St Michael's Church

Dedicated to St Michael the Archangel, this is a beautiful church and much loved within the community of Woolverstone.

Records suggest that an early building, probably built of wood with a thatched roof, existed before the Domesday Book record. Within the existing building, the font and porch date back to the 15th century.

Most of the building dates back to the 19th century, carried out by the Berners family.
